By day, I'm a structural engineer in the Automotive sector. By night, I write supernatural thrillers.
From an early age I was drawn to the bizarre, I loved "Tales of the Unexpected", "Twilight Zone" and the "Outer Limits". Later in life, I decided to become an Aerospace Engineer with the hope of one day working at Area 51. Alas, my CV didn't get as far as Area 51. Therefore I decided to write....
About 6 years ago, I began work on my first novel "Dispatchers" which quickly turned into "Part 1" after the whole story turned out to be a little more epic than I first imagined. I completed "Book 1" about 2 years ago now and published little over a year ago. I decided to go down the Indie Publishing route after several rejection letters from agents and a desire to just get my work out there.
My works include the Astral Projection supernatural thriller Dispatchers and the modern day mythical Serpent of the Tyche. I also enjoy writing short stories of the Macabre, such as "Faulker Surprise". My themes uniquely mix supernatural elements with modern science fiction concepts.
I'm also an avid tweeter and I love to share the absurd. Follow me at @doc_lamb
